Replacing gauges on a 1989 268DA

I would like to replace all of the gauges on my 1989 268DA, has anyone ever done this and where do I begin, some of the gauges look simple to do, others are out of reach so I will need to know how to remove the panel.:smt101

Are you sure you can't just replace them one at a time through the hatch in the head?

Thats how I did mine. Gauges came from overtons

I know that I could probably get to them through the hatch in the head, I was just hoping that there was an easier way. The gauges towards the center ( to the left of the panel) seem to be very hard to get to.
