I'm going to change my fuel filters before I store my baby for the winter. After I change my filters, do I need to bleed the air out of the fuel line? On my previous boat (2000 270 DA w/ a 7.4L) there was a schrader valve that bled the air out of the fuel line.

On my current boat (2001 340) I have twin MX 6.2L - is there a schrader valve on this engine? If so, where? If not, how do I bled out the air?

Thanks in advance,
Chris

If it's MPI there will be a valve on the fuel rail in the intake manifold area. If you have a spin on type filter, fill it before you install it and you probably won't need to bleed
