Replacing Companionway Door Tracks 1999 310 sundancer

Can anyone offer any assistance on how to replace the door tracks on my companionway door of my 1999 310 sundancer? The original is white plastic and all I see on Flounder Pounder is the aluminum replacements. If you have any idea of locating them or how to replace them please advise. Your help is MUCH appreciated.

Apparently Teak Isle MFG has taken over the Spartech products, I'm told they have the parts for the cabin doors. 407-656-8885
