Replacements lights fro double slides?

These are falling apart internally and externally. Can we source these and if not anyone got a good sub. Got two on our 89 340SD. Kind of like them now that we have LED in them.

RV stores will have them, most likely in white, not grey.

I found ones on amazon. They are led. Just watch the color temp as 5 k are like staring at sun
