Replacement Seats: 1999 Sun Sport 280

I'm looking at purchasing a 1999 Sea Ray Sun Sport with twin 5.7's. The previous owner did not always cover the boat, resulting in much of the back seats cracking. (Uniform cracking).

It appears it would be a good deal if it weren't for the cracked seats. Anybody have advice on replacing the rear U-shape seats? Ballpark cost?

Any opinions/advice will be appreciated!!!

The original fabric can still be found if you wanted to go that route.

I looked into getting new custom vinyl and piping done last year. If I am remembering correctly, it was going to run around $1200.

I have a different boat obvioulsy, but I had all my cockpit vinyl redone over the past year in different stages. Total costs was around $1,500.
