I have a 1974 SRV 190, Jet Drive. I am looking for replacement windshield seal/gaskets for the opening windshield component. The windshield assembly is made by TaylorMadeProducts. I have already contacted them and they said they needed the windshield part number and to call Sea Ray. I called Sea Ray and they don't have any specification information regarding the windshield for a boat as old as mine. I'm researching gasket and weatherstripping websites, but I have not come across anything that is exactly the same. I've attached a photo to show the seal and the extrusion that it fits into.

Does anyone have any suggestions. I can't imagine that I am the first one to need replacement gasket seals for the windshield.

Thanks.

More pics of your boat please.
I have a 1970 180 but my windshield is not pass-through and I’d love to find one that is period correct.

Here’s mine.

Wow, your boat looks to be in mighty fine condition! My family was the original purchaser of my boat back in 1974. We sold it in 1977. Through some interesting circumstances, I bought the boat back from the third owner in 1991 and have had it since then. I've replaced the seats, redone some of the cockpit upholstery, etc. The boat is in very good condition overall. I'm going to have to look for some more photos in my archives. I've attached a couple in the meantime. The boat does about 42 mph up at Lake Tahoe...6200' elevation! Thanks for your interest!
