I assume this is a common door used on various models so I am hoping others have done this repair. I need to replace the top and bottom rollers on my 2001 380DA on the sliding cabin entrance door. Sea Ray no longer supports these. Does anyone know where I can get the rollers?

I believe you can find them on boat outfitters website. Search "door parts"

On ours we use rollers from HomeDepot. You may want to check a hardware store before spending the extra funds for it to say marine.

lengthen the next roller lifespan by using pure bees wax on the tracks. Clean them often and reapply. Sand and grit will destroy the roller and bearing. No WD or any other oils should be used, it attracts the grit and holds the sand

The original doors and door assemblies were supplied by Spartech. They closed their marine division after the 2008-2010 recession in the marine industry. One of their top employees went to work for Flounder Pounder in Rockledge FL.

Their sales number is 321-639-2951 and ask for Ben Marks. Most of their door parts are on the FP website……look under "plastics".

He said I need to determine if it has plastic or metal tracks, and the track lengths. Not sure how I will be able to get part numbers though with them still installed and the doors still in their tracks. From what he said all he needs is plastic or metal tracks, and the track length. He did say if they are plastic don't waste your time replacing them, upgrade to metal at the same time.

someone just posted on the FB 380 site, it was the .975 roller for the top, and needed 41" of track if that helps

Repair completed, all new rollers, doors works now :)
I need to replace the rollers and tracks on my 395 sundancer as well. Would you let us all know how you accessed everything and if you had to get door out please as it would really be helpful to me and others who need to do this job. would be greatly appreciated.
