Replace obsolete fireboy xintex co sentinel 18236

I need to replace a fireboy xintex co sentinel 18236. It's hit the 5 year stop working point.

What make and model do you recommend since this one is obsolete?

Do you need any special features like generator cut off or do you just need a CO alarm?

I like how slim the fireboys are.

No special features needed, looking for something plug and play if possible.

If you need to cover up a big square outline of the old one you can see what I did in my fix'er upper thread linked below. The plate cover I purchased at Lowes and the mounting bracket used the same screws. Page 1, post 11

I replaced the two I have in my boat this spring and Defender had the best price at the time. Everything is more expensive these days.
