Replace carpet on walls in salon

Who has changed their carpet out on the walls and baseboard. Any pics and advice is greatly appreciated

Here is some pics of the flooring I am installing, once complete I want to change the carpeted area out

My back and knees already hurt thinking about this job!

I did mine in conjunction with installing the floor.

That way there was a tight fit at the base.

I used carpet adhesive, and a clean deadblow mallet.

Great results !

It’s def a lot of up and down, and I was super sore for a day after each day I worked on it. But it’s not as bad as I feared it would be
