Si I completely screwed up and puy green glycol in my strbd engine and I suppose it had dex in previously. Now I have a nice black sludge.
The question is, how can I flush without removing block drains?
I had thought about pumping out the heat exchanger, replace with fresh clean water. Run for a few minutes, do the same again and keep doing that until it fairly clear. Then, install Preston flush, suck that out described above.
Any better ideas?

Drain, flush and fill is the way to go.
The green stuff works well after you have all remnants of the other stuff out of the system but the two mixed together make sludge.
Went through this with an 05 Grand Prix I picked up for my son when he started driving.
Is there a drain for the antifreeze side of the heat exchanger? If not, you can pull the lowest hose.
Also, the block should have drains on each side.
Trying to capture it from the drains or hose might get sloppy depending on how much maneuvering room you have but if you need a flexible container you can try one of those tinfoil roasting pans to get under there with.
The Prestone Flush works well but if you can’t find an easy way to capture it all as you drain it while the boat is in the water you may be better of pulling the boat out so that any runoff in the bilge can be captured after it runs out of the garboard plug hole.
I flushed the system several times with fresh water to make sure it was clean and clear before putting the green stuff in.

That sludge can harden and be permanent making your entire engine block scrap, so get after it quickly.
It has been suggested to run dishwasher soap as the cleaner for that (cascade liquid as an example) in a fairly high concentration to aid in sludge removal. It only takes about 5% Dexcool mixed in with green to form sludge, so you need to be super thorough cleaning the mess up..

maybe you can temporarily disable the bilge pumps and suck the sludge out of the bilge with a wet/dry vac.....be sure to energize the bilge pumps once you are finished...
