Removing exterior trim panels

Vinyl covered side panels in cockpit and lower deck. Panels surround small storage areas and have speakers mounted in them. I located some 1\4 inch bolts through storage areas. Removed the nuts, which did loosen the rear part of panel. Can't figure out how the front of panels are attached. If bolted like the rear part, where do you access the nuts to remove? Does small storage area come out to gain better access?
 
These are the panels I'm talking about. There is 2 per side. Upper ones extend forward and the controls are mounted to the one on starboard side. Speakers mount in lower panels.

Sea Ray is good at concealing fasteners.
I'm having same problem trying to remove trim in cuddy also. Looked under folds of material for hidden screws. No luck there.
