Removing Dash Panel - 1988 268

Does anybody know how I would go about removing the dash panel on a 1988 268? I'm sure I can figure it out when I get to the boat but wanted to see if you guys have any tips. I need to install a new hour meter.

Post a picture and then even people that don't have a 1988 268 can offer an opinion.

Try to see if you can get the hour meter loose from the access hatch inside the head. If not, there are four screws that hold the entire outter casing, along with a few screws at the top of the gauge cluster itself that have to come undone. Once that is accomplished you should be able to gain access to the wiring and nuts that hold the hou meter in place.
