When they painted the bottom of my boat (previous owners), they didn't paint it even with the waterline of the boat. When they got to the bow they started painting on a curve upwards, following the chines.
My question:
Can the paint be removed from the gelcoat in the area of the upward curve and be returned to a level waterline edge? It proably depends on the setup they did to the gelcoat prior to the paint job I would imagine.
Just curious if anyone has done this, I see a lot of other SR's with this type of curved paint job.
