Removing and replacing screen door

I saw an older post on this topic regarding a 2008 DB. I have a 2006 and cannot locate "plastic piece at the top" as directed in that post to remove the door. Is there another way to remove the door? Can the carpeted trim piece just inside the door be removed? Any tips would be appreciated.

Solved the mystery. We removed the carpeted trim just inside of the sliders. It has the chrome trim on it that serves as a step plate. There were 5 screws hidden in the nap of the carpet a couple of which were under the chrome plate. The good news is that we did not have to take off the door which looks like quite the project.
