I’m enamored by solenoids. My favorite is the slave starter solenoid. I purchased one recently. Here’s the problem. My wife refuses to allow me to explain to her its elegant operation.
She compared it to me having to listen to her explain a particularly effective cleaning product. Although I protested and said I would happily like to learn about cleaning products for which she has enthusiasm, she still shut me down.
As I don’t want to seek satisfaction outside the boundaries of our wedded bliss, I thought I would come this forum to inquire if there are like-minded enthusiasts.
Perhaps a discussion of why such elegant devices decide to go bad.
