Regular E-coated vs Ceramic Coated Manifolds & Risers

Need to change the exhaust systems on my twin 5.7 with the old wet type exhaust. Turns out a dry joint conversion is cost prohibitive so I'm going OEM old style. A few places I called suggested I just use the E-coated versus the more expensive ceramic coated ones because they are all 5 year parts in saltwater. Big price difference when you multiply is by the to engines. Looking for some guidance before I send in the order.

I have used them Buy the time the outside rust you should change them anyway. I purchased them from Nuwave marine in Jersey. They where shipped to my house in 2 days.
