I purchased a "cheap" sounder unit since my old 3400 Lowrance died to replace it with.
I need something with enough power or frequency to shoot through the hull as I want to do a
glue in install. The company I bought from said theirs would only shoot thru 1/2" solid glass max
Not sure how hick my bottom is but I know its more than 1/2"
The transducer is epoxied in from the 3400 ... no hole in bottom of the hull
Any recommendations for a reasonably priced unit ??
