One of my buddies just installed a regular "auto" Sony system from Best Buy in his Sea Ray 175. Theoretically, if you're not keeping the boat in the water or using it in the ocean, you don't really "need" a Marine radio. Best Buy sold him a 4 year warranty for $25 and told him that if he had any trouble with it in his boat, to just bring it back for a new one!
For $200 you can get a nice Sony system Sirius ready with iPod connections and USB at Best Buy.
