Ray Marine Multifunction Display Software Update

I have a 2012 Ray Marine MFD. I updated the software from 3.15 to 3.19. I’m trying to get the Navionics dock-dock auto routing capability. Raymarine says I need version 17 for this option and they suggested I go to a certified Ray Marine vendor. Does anyone have any tips on installing the version 17 from the Internet.

3.19 has it... You need to make sure you have the charts to do it. Have to have either navionics or cmap charts, have to have latest chart downloaded, have to have active subscription. Old expired charts and no subscription will not let you. Have to set up your boat details complete in the MFD or it won't let you. Beam, draft, height etc....
