Ray marine C80 won't power up

GPS was on for 30 minutes then shutdown. Won't power up. If there's a fuse where is it? Any other ideas? Hate this POS!

Beneath my helm there's a fuse panel (the colored auto type fuses) behind the trap door that all my Ray electronics were tied in to. Searay had labeled all of them. Check to see if you have something like this.
