Raw Water pump v-belt

I have 7.4 mercruisers MPI MIE the fuel pump and the raw water pump are one unit driven by a v-belt. in trying to change the impellers in the pump I noticed the v-belt need changing -- I took the four bolts out of the water pump pulley and the pulley doesn't come off -- what am I doing wrong?

Nothing,
Try tapping it with a rubber mallot..
It normally just falls off but, maybe stuck.
Fun fun...

Thanks --- What about if i worse case took a board and tried to pry it from the back side ???

A little tapping / prying.
Maybe a puller.
