So during my "pre-flight checks" on Saturday I noticed my port motor was making a sort of clanking noise and I isolated it to the raw water pump which I found leaking as well. A pretty steady drip the whole time. I took a video, since I couldn't really see what was going on behind the pulley. Seems like one of the seals is broken what do you guys think? Whole new pump or just a seal of some sort for replacement?

All new pump I believe.

Yes. An all new pump is needed. You should do both pumps as the other is likely near the end of its life as well. Better to do things on your schedule than a pump's.

Get it off and apart for inspection, depending on the extent of the corrosion and if or if not the shaft has damaged the housing, sometimes all these need is cleaned then refreshed with a shaft kit #8M0140001.
