Raw water intake hose

I won't be able to get to the boat for a few days, but I need to know the intake hose size in a 2000da 7.4 MPIs. I think it's 1.25" or 1.5" but not sure which.

Were you able to get this hose off? i have a small hole on the intake hose, but it is next to transom and can't get to it.....had a mechanic come out and said engine needed to be pulled to replace.

I replaced this hose before the season started. Its not fun on the transom side. Marine grade hose is not very flexible! A little dawn and a LOT of patience helped it slide on the fitting.
