Does anybody know who the oem is for the water flow sensors/alarms that are installed at the seacock on a current model 50/52 sedan bridge? They warn of a reduction in raw waterflow to the mains. I need to replace both of them and would like to carry spares. I assumed it was sherwood but they say it is not theirs for sure.

That's interesting... The only sensors I have for raw water are at the exhaust elbow and are really temp sensors. I would be interested in what the sensors are at the seacock that Sea Ray uses on the newer models.

A rep from MAN just e-mailed me and said it was a part that was installed by the distributor that installed the engines and not a Sea Ray specified part. It probably is a MAN part. The part supplies flow data via nmea 2000 for a digital readout at the helm. He will let me know by the end of the day if he can trace down the part# or who the manufacturer was.

By the way, Groco now makes a raw water flow sensor that you may be able to use on your boat. I saw them at a private oem show for boat manufacturers about a month ago. It looked like a real easy retro-fit install.

Hope this helps.
