Has anyone replaced an ac pump with 4 wires? I ordered a new March pump but noticed it only had three wires. I'm having a hard time finding one with four. Marine Max has an OEM pump but it's almost $500

Try flagshipmarine.com they carry all the March pumps. I think you got the wrong pump.

I dont think mine is 220. It actually says 115 on it. Totally confused on the 4th wire though. Here's a picture

I'm pretty sure this is the one I bought and ended up returning. The one the boat needs has 4 wires. There's a red wire in the power cord on the old pump.

So it looks like the power cord to the pump goes into a junction box. I pulled the cover off the box and the Red wire wasn't even connected to anything. Evidently the first pump I got from March will work. Thanks everybody
