I've built aluminum tubular arches for years for local salmon fisherman. They are not the "factory" style, but they are meant for rod storage, net storage as well as a great place to mount antenna's, radomes etc.
These are very functional and common place on Great Lakes salmon/trout and walleye fishing boats.
Here's my fishing machine:
A second option would be to build what you want out of marine plywood, then glass it up and paint it. This would allow you to customize it how you wish.
