Radar arch removal?

Do anyone have any info on how to access the radar arch bolts from outside the boat? I can't see any screws on the panel on the outside and it doesn't feel like it "pops" off. :huh:

Any help would be appreciated thanks guys!

My rinker had a pair of 6.5 speakers which when removed provided access to the bolts which held my arch in place.

There are two screws that are in the cover. They are under the wide pin stripe and sun dancer decal. The heads on mine were filled with resin. I had to sacrifice the pin stripe, and dig out the resin to get to the screw heads. Hope this helps.
