Quicksilver High Performance Gear Lube - shake before using?

I purchased a couple of quarts of the Quicksilver High Performance Gear oil to change the lube in my stern drive. I had a partial quart in the boat and used that up first. After I was all done adding oil to the drive and got it buttoned up, as I was throwing the empty gear lube container in the trash, I noticed SHAKE BEFORE USING on the empty container. I then compared it to the old container that was in the boat and that container did not have the SHAKE BEFORE USING on the container.

Should I be concerned that the oil didn't get fully shaken up? There must be some sort of new additive that is in the oil now that wasn't in there with the previous container/formula.
