CSR!! Welcome to the season. Mine starts today.

I am looking into a one-time Spring detailing...wash, buff, wax...etc for my 270. Exterior only. I am getting a huge range of estimates from 100.00 to 600.00. The boat is in great shape and has some light dirt, sap, and dust from the storage and last season. Certainly not a dirty boat, however. What would you guys expect to pay for a Spring wash n wax?

I would estimate No less than $800-900.00 for deck and hull. Wash, a cleaner to get water spots off, a wipe dry, light buff, then buff in wax and wipe off.
Materials $35-50.00 depending on quality and six and a half man hours + profit.

If you pay $900 to get a 27 ft boat washed and waxed be sure to have them leave some vaseline!

Nice. Ok, so I am in the ballpark. I was hoping to pay anywhere between 200.00 and 500.00 for the whole job. No vaseline required.

I'd better go back to my can of Vaseline. Looks like I need some schooling in marina rates.

For a complete strip down of canvas, everything out of the cockpit underseats, wash & deep wax we pay $700.
