Questions re: 1987 30 Weekender

I've just purchased a 1987 30 Weekender and am doing some TLC. The boat's accent color is Burgundy does anyone know the formula to match this color? Also, the corner of the padded instrument panel "cowling"? has a split from traffic going below - how can this be removed for repair?
