Questions about what you expect

I have deleted this post as I do not want to disrespect Monster Towers as there has been no conclusion as of yet and they might just come through and do right by this customer. I do not want to be that guy who makes a brand look bad from my experience if it turns out that they end up doing right. This post was simply asking what you would expect, I was very careful not to bad mouth them as that never gets anyone anywhere.

So please excuse me that I have deleted this post.


I will post my issues and my mistakes along with the resolution once things are resolved. In the meantime I can not stress enough that just necause you something in a product page does not mean you will receive what you see in the photo. Also never install a tower in the same spot as a 'customer' photo without first checking that it is right. Or you might end up with a tower installed in the worst spot. I was stupid enough to buy a product based on a customers photo on their website and then insisted my installer put it in the same location. This was stupid of me.

I won't speak to all your issues, but it seems to me I've read somewhere that pulling tubers from a tower isn't recommended with most towers. I don't think that's unusual. That's what the ski hook on the transom is meant for.
