Question... Want some advice...

My understanding the glass fiber remains /melts into goo, and the resin burns. makes black thick smelly smoke.
 
ok never mind... I just called the local land fill... basically they charge 38.00 a ton... I am guessing here but say after the motor and gas tanks are removed (they have to be to take it) it weighs 7.5K this is just an estimate... a high one I believe... then I can drop it off there for about 150.00 .... I can live with that :)
 
Sounds like you have a plan. My two cents.... Be absolutely sure the trailer will suit your needs. Otherwise you've spent $2k, a lot of time/work (during boating season no less) & you still need a trailer.
