Its 94 in Buckeye, Az. We are heading to Bartlett Lake, It’s probably going to be 110+ this afternoon. I dont want to over inflate the tires and have a blowout. Trailer tires are rated at 65 psi max. I put in 60. The truck tires are rated 50 max i put in 45. Just want to be sure thats not to much

Tires will increase about 2-4 lbs from being cold. I would set the tires at the mfg recommended pressure. The sticker on the vehicle will tell you the pressure when the tires are “cold” or not driven, for example, overnight.

Remember that putting it to max pressure those tires are going to bulge in the middle and, therefore, have less traction as there is less rubber on the road.

I don’t have experience pulling a boat, so this is just an opinion.
