Opened up the boat today. The cold water at the sinks pulse rapidly to the "beat" of the fresh water pump. I don't recall that being the case before. The hot has a nice constant flow. I'm guessing that may be because the pulse is dampened by the hot water tank. I had some electrical issues with the pump in the past so with this event put in a new pump that I had purchased last year (Shurflo). What's causing the pulsing? Boat is '89 300DA.

Mine does it if I don't turn the tap on far enough

I second the vote on on the pump pressure screw adjustment. If your tank is full and you have no leak, then the pump needs to be adjusted a little. Let us know.

Which screw do you adjust and how much? Is there an adjustment procedure for this?
