Pulled the trigger and ordered SeaDek for my 270 SLX

How were the snaps attached to the deck? Phillips screws?

(I'm trying to make a checklist of everything I need to take out to the boat to install the stuff so I don't have to make multiple trips back and forth to get supplies/tools.)

Yep just a small phillips screw. If you walk around with your screw gun it should take about 5 minutes to pull all the screws out.

Make sure you get quick curing caulk and give it a day or so to dry before messing with the seadek.

Also, I recommend not washing the deck with water prior to installing unless it's truly dirty. Use a nice broom, and just hand scrub in some glass cleaner.

Now the 5200 is drying and I'm waiting out the rain that we're going to have the next few days before we install the SeaDek.
