Pull Out TV at Galley

Okay I saw a post a month or so ago, but seem to be searching for the wrong terms. When, I pulled out the TV the TV doesn't pull out out all the way. Trying to figure out how to adjust the tracks.

We were talking about this one. I played with the tracks when I was hauling out but didn't figure it out. Would also be anxious to see how it's done.

The wiring hangs mine up sometimes from coming all the way out, have you tried reaching behind and and moving the harness around while pulling it out? On mine it seems to depend on how the harness folds itself in when stowing and how easy it comes out the next time.
