proud new owner - 2009 185 Sport

Hi all,

I placed a deposit on a 2009 185 Sport last weekend and I'm taking delivery this Saturday! This will be the first boat of my very own, so I'm uber-excited and dreaming about warmer weather.

I've spent many hours over the last few weeks trolling these forums and I wanted to thank all of you for your informative posts.

I live in the Raleigh, NC area (Apex) and will be primarily boating on Jordan Lake and probably some on Harris Lake and Falls Lake.

Bring on the warm weather!

Boats like to be driven so don't do like I do with fishing...

About this time of year - every year - I get fishing itus really really bad and fish my arse off til about April...when the fish really start to bite good. By that time I'm tired of fishing because I haven't caught much of chit in 2 months so I hang it up.....'til next February and then I do it all over again...did that make any sense?
