Propeller Play?

I have a Alpha 1 Gen 2 Sterndrive, and my question is what is wrong with my propeller, I have play in the Propeller, its not the drive shaft, it seems to be the rubber bushing in the propeller, when I tighten the nut there is still play in the propeller, is this bushing easy to replace?

My Propeller is #48-16440-16P

And what is better this or the Flo-torq hub system? And can I convert this propeller to a Flo-Torq system?

A visit to my local Propeller repair shop sorted me out. all it was, was the Thrust Hub Washer, mine was worn, causing it not to sit right.
