I have a 1986 sea ray pachanga 22 foot. every one says you can get 60 plus MPH, it has a 5.7 rebult engine, rebuilt alpha 1 out drive, gear ratio 1:50-1 boat wt. empty 3,000 lbs, 63 gal tank 3/4 full prop #1 15X17 4900 RPMs 47 mph, #2 14.5X19 4900 RPMs 48.5 using a garmin GPS WOT out drive trimed to max. rpms. both props were alum. manual says max rpms should be 4200 to 4600 RPMs. so bottom line would like to see more speed with less rpms any one have a suggestion, thanks for any help ED
