Prop Pitch - 3 Blade vs 4 Blade RPM

Need some help with the prop on my new dinghy. Currently I'm running a 12 pitch 3 blade. I'm getting the correct WOT RPM of 6000 but trouble getting out of the hole. I'd like to put a 4 blade prop on. Does anyone know what pitch I should use to keep the same rpm?

they sell tabs for this issue or you can put a fin on outdrive.
either of these should help.

a 3 blade 23 is almost equal to a 4 blade 22. for a referce is works like that you need slightly less pitch when adding a blade
