Dinged my Starbord prop last year on my 2007 320 and did feel a slight vibration at idle and decided to have both props worked during the winter. Marina charged me $500 off-repair-on.
My pre-repair cruise was around 22-24 mph (GPS measured on an inland river both up and downstream) at 3600-3650 rpm using 24GPH with 1/2 tank of gas.
Very surprised to find out the following this year, measured under the same circumstances. 26-26.5 MPH 3500-3550 RPM, burning 23.5 GPH. I have checked this several times.
Seems like getting the props repaired made a substantial difference, even with a new boat as mine was purchased new and has about 85 hours on it now.
