Prop help

Maybe but it might be in the cupping of the blades. I know our boats are similarly equipped (hardtop, GHS, 600 lb dinghy) but I've put it on a weight loss program by just getting rid of some useless "stuff". I think it helps.

That might be the case. Maybe it's the 25.5" vs. 25"? I'd love to get a mph gain if possible.

I think you might be on to something here and sorry I didn't reply sooner... not sure how i missed this. however, I have noticed tht this boat seems to run bow high even if the tabs are all the way down. Maybe the bow riding this high is a characteristic of the 460?
depends on transom setup but I'm in the process of adding a second set of tabs above the tunnels on our 410. Others have reported with the increased lift they get a flatter running angle and pick up 1-2mph. Might be a possibility for the 460 if the boat could run a little flatter, but if it already has the proper tab/trim/running angle it might not help

Update. Had boat short hauled and the bottom looked good with exception of a little bit of muck on the prop shafts and trim tabs.

After getting her cleaned again this year I’m happy to report 20mph @2200rpm.

Despite the bottom being very clean, that little bit cost me 1-2mph. Crazy!

Has anyone tried the Mente controler? It looks super easy to install over the Bennet system.
A couple guys on the dock did it and they love it. I haven't done it myself but looked into it. Very easy to wire up/install. Seems like a winner.
