For some reason it says my PM Box is 100% full. I think we need to expand the limit. The old system said I was like only 20% full???

I think you are allowed 50 saved PM's as a registered user. That amount is upped for forum supporters (donations). I never set a limit for this on the old forum. If you need to make room and want to save your old PM's you can download them to your PC.
