power trim

Hello All , I am having problems with the power trim . I was out on the river and it just stopped working . All the fuses are good , and it is full of oil . When I use a jumper wire it works just fine . I went out today and hit the trim switch and it worked up and down for a couple of times and then quit working again . But works good when I use a jumper wire . Does anyone know what the problem could be ? Any help would be appreciated . Thank You .

Perhaps a bad switch or a bad bit of wire between the switch and the trim pump...

Where did you jumper it?

I jumped it at the solenoid .
