Does anyone have any knowledge about replacing a power steering cylinder. Mine appears to be leaking pretty significantly, as in I have to add fluid every outing. The OE part is fairly expensive, but i have seen some online for as little as a third of the cost (which I assume are aftermarket). My Mercury parts guy told me he has never even sold one of these in 25 years, and he had no opinion as to whether or not an aftermarket part would be OK. Merc.Part # 866200a01. Any opinions or suggestions?
