Power panel issue

I was down to check our 2000 340 today for the dreaded mouses and noticed that the battery charger was not on and the lights would not come on after energizing the system. The boat is plugged in and is showing on the panel. Blower works fine.
There seems to be no power to the panel to run the lights , stereo and the other services on that side of the panel. Is there a breaker tripped. No problem to open the engine hatch.
