Hi everyone, we are new members and need assist adding a photo for the posting signiature. We have a photobucket account, but not computer savvy. Thanks, Bruce and Ines Griffith (Saint Pete Beach, FL)

maybe you already knew that , on photobucket , find your pic , over on the right you should see img code , click on that , if you see COPIED go back to csr and paste it , i think with a right click , it will say paste , i think i got that right , if not someone will correct me

Thanks, Just Me. I called my wife, Ines, to attempt getting our photo installed. Yeah, she seems to have gotten the job done. We appreciate your help. Bruce and Ines Griffith
How do you adjust the size of the photo?
I've been trying to resize....how?

Go to your photobucket album and click on the pic you want to resize.
click on options, click edit , then you'll see the resize button. :thumbsup:

Wayne, it must be because I'm trying to do it from my IPad. When I get to the edit bottom it will only let me rename the photo

When I get click on edit I get this page...... You might need the mobile photo app for your Ipad ?.

Just Me: We successfully installed the signiature in the settings and profile sections, but the picture dosen't appear on my replies! Can we refer this to someone in CSR who can assist? Thanks. Bruce and Ines Griffith

Click on "settings" at the top of the screen.
Click on "edit signature" on the left side of the screen.
In the box labeled "edit signature", just above "signature picture" copy the img codes from photobucket into the text box.
Click on "preview signature".
If you did it right you will now see the text change into a picture.
Click "save signature" at the bottom.

To add a photo, the max size for the site is 14Kb ... all my photo's are around 2 - 3 Mb! which seems pretty standard now with the digital camera's. Is there a way to lower the quality of a picture and create a smaller file size?

Become a CSR sponsor and you are allowed more Kb's, Plus you get a CSR photo album and this.....
All that for a measly $25 bucks. :thumbsup:

I was having this problem then I noticed when you're making a post, in the bottom left you'll see a box "show your signature" check that and you should be good!
