Im doing some projects and want to redo my dash and seating and not sure what type of color scheme i want to go with and would love to see some pics.

Im planning on changing the fake laminate panels to an off white and i just picked up a nice garelick helm seat with flip up bolster. Im hoping to find a fiberglass seat base to mount the new seat and if i dont find what i want, i'll probably build one with built in tackle tray storage in the side and possibly a baitwell built in behind the seat. Might go all out and make something larger for behind the seat with sink & fridge as well.

Im either going to paint or dye the vinyl on the dash and also redo the guage panels but just not sure what color scheme to go with. Was thinking of doing everything in an offwhite with black guage panels but im afraid to much white wont look good.

Post up some pics please to help give me some ideas.

I've done some searches but just havent found much.
Alot of older threads are missing the pics.
 
I replaced the vinl on my dash to match my new seats you can see the pics in my album.
 
I had forgotten about you recovering your vinyl.
That blue & white is what i thought about doing as well.

Were the panels on both sides of the dash hard to remove?

What do you think doing everything in all off white would look like?
Im even thinking of painting the dash under the windshield off white as well to match the gelcote.

The dash panel was easy. I took out the gauge panel and found a couple of hidden screws holding the top panel on. My paint on the dash was in good shape so I left it. I covered it to match my seats. I like the darker color- there isn't as much glare.
 
Nobody else has pics of their dash or console??

Stock or updated will work.

Just looking for some ideas.
