In my 2000 340 Sundancer, the Portlight (window) located in the Head leaks when it rains. I've tightened the screws for the latches but that does not resolve the leak problem.
I am guessing the gasket surrounding the PortLight is worn?

Has anyone replaced that gasket? Where did you buy a replacement. How easy/difficult is it to replace that part?

Take a look at a picture of the leak during a rain storm.

It’s not horrible, took less than half hour to remove the old one and install the new one. Funny thing, I still have 3 to go, but they aren’t leaking
Thanks..... I will have to check to determine what size is correct for my boat.

I'm wondering how easy/difficult it is to replace the gasket???

You posted this exact question back in march and I replied then: Here it is again:
The port hole (light) in the Head of my 2000 340 Sundancer is leaking. The port side of the boat faces south so that that port (hole) light (and the boat) is in the sun for most of the day. So, I am "guessing" that the rubber gasket in that port hole is dried out from the exposure and heat?

The SeaRay parts manual lists that the part is made by Bomar and the part number as: 1331735. However, I cannot find any marine parts store that can confirm that they carry that correct replacement gasket part.

Can anyone provide any recommendations/suggestions/guidance where to look for the replacement gasket?

Thanks
Your portholes are exactly the same as my 97 330DA and the replacement screen/gasket kit is the same.
Here are two threads that have the info you need:

I had the same in 2 port lights in my 2000 sundancer 340. I removed them completely from the opening and repacked with marine silicone and it worked perfectly. These were bad leaks. It worked for me. Hope this helps someone

To stop the leak right then, I wedged a quarter between the glass and latch, I think it took 2 quarters to get enough pressure to stop the leak… that gave me time to find the right gasket and get them here
