portapotty and macerator

Hey new here just picked up a 230 cheap the manual is vague at best it has a porta potty plastic with a pump on left on back of it with a macerator can anyone tell me how to operate it the mace and where the Y vakve for seacock is sorry for ignorance we all didn't know how something worked once

I used to have a 220 DA with a similar porta-pottie arrangement. On mine, the "Y" valve was underneath the wash basin in the head. There should be a door beneath the sink and you may be able to see the plumbing. The other possible location may be in the engine compartment. That's where the mascerator pump is probably located. There should be a thru-hull fitting with a seacock between the pump.

On mine, there was a lock/key arrangement in the head that had to be turned to the "spring-loaded" position in order for the mascerator pumpt to work. It would drain whatever was in the plastic holding tank beneath the porta-pottie.
